  • Half/Full Day and Monthly trainings are offered. Each program is customized specifically to that client.

    Specialized training for our clients is offered in office or remotely. Some of our sessions include:

    DE&I - (Managers, Interviewers, Employee) - Focus on DEI initiatives and considerations throughout the hiring process as well as through an employee experience

    Interview Preparation - Training for all employees involved in the interview process on bias, behavioral interviewing, and best practices

    Management Training - Training on DEI considerations for hiring/promoting, management effectiveness and empathy, employee career path and journey planning

    Actions on Purpose - Getting out of autopilot and being more engaged in and out of work

    Recruiting Optimization - process overview and triage, training for employees and management on best practices and initiatives.

    • Build recruiting departments and process structure, including documentation and training

    • Conduct interview and bias training, including management focus groups

    • Spearhead the creation of a D&I recruiting program including legal considerations

    • Lead HR team trainings focused on recruiting, hiring best practices, and the latest onboarding tools

    • Implement applicant tracking systems and training

    • Hired 11 key employees under budget including compensation discussions and recommendations
